Customer Service Information
If you have any problems with your order, contact our customer service number (0208 882 1523) is available between Mondays to Saturday, 9:00am until 6:30pm. We will investigate and respond to any complaints within five working days. All our products are carefully checked and leave the stock room in perfect condition. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Payment Methods
You can place your order via the Internet, phone, fax, and email or through our shop. We accept the following methods of payment: Visa Credit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Eurocard, Switch, Solo, American Express and JCB, Personal or Business Cheque. Bank Transfers (Wire) and Bankers Drafts.
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards, however please note the following surcharges which we have to make:
All Online transactions, using either Credit or Debit Card will incur a 2% fee on the total amount.
Visa & Mastercard - 2%
American Express - 5%
We can also accept Cheques, however the Cheque has to clear before we will dispatch the Watch to you. Please allow 7 working days for Cheques to clear. We accept Balance Transfers (Wire) and Bankers Drafts. Please allow 2 - 3 days for funds to be cleared and for administration and security checks to be carried out.
Please note that when paying by Credit Card you are covered by your insurance. If you have any concerns please contact your Credit Card company for more details. We process all orders in line with Protx Services Guidelines for Fraud Prevention.
Anti-Fraud Prevention
All credit card & debit card orders will be checked to verify the billing address matches with the bank. Due to the high value of our items we work closely with Scotland Yard's Fraud Squad. We will only deliver to the credit card holder's address. Every fraud attempt will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We record every detail regarding the transaction including your IP/MAC address of your PC.
Delivery
We send all Watches out by Royal Mail Special Delivery, for delivery Monday to Saturday. The standard cost of delivery is £10 for all UK delivery addresses, which includes postage, packaging and insurance. The delivery will arrive the following day by 1pm, and has to be signed for by the purchaser. We can also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed before 9am. The cost of this is dependant upon your order but is usually around £20. Please call us for more details. All packages can be traced at all times. If you wish to track an item please call us for your tracking number. Watch Winders will cost £15 for delivery and will be sent by Parcel force.
For your security delivery can only be made to the cardholders address.
Guarantee
We offer a seven-day money back guarantee on every pre-owned Watch that we send out mail order unless otherwise stated. All Unworn and Pre-owned watches come with a 12-month guarantee from Official Watches Co UK. unless stated otherwise.
The watches movement is covered under our 12-month warranty. Official Watches Co UK warranty does not apply to damage done by inappropriate use of treatment of your watch. The warranty does not extend to the bracelets, cases or watch glasses, nor does it cover any damage done to the case and the movement by water or moisture entering the watch because of a handling error.
Our Vintage watches also come with a 12-month warranty.
Please note that the purchaser is liable for all delivery/shipping costs incurred. Delivery is non-refundable. We do not cover accidental damage or loss. Warranties issued by Official Watches Co UK are not transferable under any circumstances.

Please note that Official Watches Co UK accepts no responsibility for work and repairs carried out by Official Watches Co UK on watches NOT brought from us. All watches purchased from us carry a full 1-year guarantee unless specified when purchased. All persons with enquiries regarding servicing watches that were not brought from Official Watches Co UK should call 020 8882 1523.

Should you notice that anything is incorrect please contact us to let us know so we can put it right. These details are updated regularly but are subject to change without notification. When a model is discontinued price stated is an estimate of today's equivalent value.
